Cancellation Policy

A valid credit or debit card is required to book an appointment. By scheduling, you authorize Studio B to charge your card according to this policy. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours and no-shows will be charged 25% of the service total to the card on file. Clients are considered a no-show if they fail to arrive within 15 minutes of their appointment without prior notice. Card details are securely stored via Wix Payments in compliance with PCI DSS standards. By booking, you agree to these terms, and unauthorized chargebacks may result in legal action. Booking confirmations and reminders will be sent to prevent disputes. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in the refusal of future appointments.
